Delivery Policy

Before we get into specifics, let us be clear on our shipping ‘philosophy’
  • We want to get things to you or the recipient as quickly as humanly as possible
  • If there is a shipping charge (for expedited shipping, for example), we are not in business to ‘profit’ from shipping / delivery; you are charged what we are charged
  • The rates of the shipping / delivery will be shown on our website.
  • Undercommit; overdeliver
We have a few courier services integrated with us and you can choose the courier of your choice which is given to choose before the cart checkout. The courier services we have integrated with us are FedEx and TNT/Pronto Lanka (Pvt) Ltd/Domex. We give you the benefit of choosing Sea or Air freight for international shipments. Our products are shipped from our main showroom in Kurunegala, Sri Lanka.
Delivery Time
Delivery Time is dependent on a two factors: 1. Time of Order – Orders that are received by us before 12 noon will be delivered to Colombo 1 – 15 and immediate suburbs within the day. Orders received after 12 noon will be delivered to Colombo 01 – 15 and immediate suburbs within the following day. The international deliveries may vary according to the courier you have chosen. Both couriers have given a tracking system for international deliveries. 2. The method of delivery – our shipping methods through FedEx and TNT/Pronto Lanka (Pvt) Ltd/Domex for domestics are ground services which delivers within 3 business days coast-to-coast. International delivery may differ on air freight and sea freight on your location and the courier service delivery times. Additionally, please note that delivery time is also based on ‘business’ days. For example, if you place an order on Sunday, it’s impossible for us to ship an item the same day as all the shippers are closed.
Calculating Cost
We do not profit from shipping. Should you charge Rush shipping, or if we’re shipping your order internationally, your shipping cost will be exactly the same as we are charged by whichever shipping company is used to deliver your package. Shipping costs are calculated on the website automatically during Checkout based on the weight of the items you are purchasing.
International Shipping
If you’d like to make a purchase and have it shipped internationally, the items will be shipped on the same business day or if it is a holiday it will be shipped on the immediate business day. You are able to track the shipment with the tracking facility provided by the courier service that you have chosen.

Return Policy

And in the case of a reversal, the money will be returned to the card in the same way as it was received.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as flowers, paper serviettes, jewelry or wrapping papers cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are cutlery, perfumes, coloured stones or boxes and bags. Additional non-returnable items: Candles Table mats, carpets and rugs To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $200, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
